↑ Next up we head over to Madison Park where a 650-sq.ft- 1BR is available for #1,300/mo at Edgewater Condos. Those looking for a classic and quieter lifestyle might look out this way. Community amenities include a lake-side seasonal pool as well as decks and patios all overlooking Lake Washington.
↑ Finally we end in Capitol Hill where Mode Condominiums offers a 450-sq-ft- 1BR for $1,300/mo. The unit feat stainless steel appliances, Brazilian hardwood floors, modern bathroom fixtures and designer lighting. There's also a 150 sq. ft. private patio and washer/dryer in the unit.
