No surprise here: Seattle's traffic is bad and now we've got the data to prove it. TomTom ranked Seattle as the 5th-most traffic-congested U.S. city in a report released this week. We're also 46th among major cities across the world, so, there's something to be...proud of? According to their data, Seattle drivers spent about 89 hours last year sitting in traffic jams and that an evening commit that should take 30 minutes usually ended up taking 53 minutes. The best times to commute? Friday morning and Monday evening. The worst time to commute? Thursday afternoon. And just in case you were placing bets, the most congested day of traffic last year was Thursday, July 31. We checked to see what was going on and it looks like you can blame the Blue Angels for that one.
