We already knew that Amazon was taking over just about all of Denny Triangle. The giant spheres are going nearby. Block 21 will be taking over a huge chunk of land in the heart of the triangle. And just next door, it looks like Amazon will be turning a former Toyota car dealership, bounded by Blanchard Street, 8th Avenue, Westlake Avenue and Lenora Street, into their new distribution hub for Prime Now. Amazon had previously planned to build office space on this lot but the demand of their local one-hour delivery service appears to have taken precedence. According to GeekWire, the standing building will not be torn down and the renovated space will also be used for offices.
