When we think of tiny abodes, sometimes we think of tiny houses right away. But there’s another option, and it comes in tiny a whole lot more often: condos.
While some high-end condos end up bigger than a single family house—and sometimes even have more than one story—more often than not, condos run on the smaller end of the city’s housing stock. We’ve mapped out the smallest ones, ranging from 347 to 589 square feet.
This doesn’t make them exempt from high prices, though. We’ve seen homes in this range go for more than $500,000, lower-priced than Seattle’s median home value but still steep for the size. This time around, these itty-bitty units top out just around that half a million mark.
Most on the list are lower than that, priced at the mid-$200,000s through the mid-$300,000s. The least expensive overall is a Queen Anne co-op one-bedroom for $225,000.
