Burien talked annexation again on Monday night (for only, like, the millionth time), and their City Council is finally all for it. The Council voted yes to annex Boulevard Park and White Center, and while the vote isn't even vaguely the final word, it's definitely progress. We'll keep you posted. [WSB]
