Second and Pike is getting a 35-story apartment tower (finally) after City Council approved the plans yesterday. The developer, Urban Visions, originally submitted plans for the space back in 2004.The P-I has cool pictures of the corner from back in the day, and they're definitely worth a look. [P-I]
