We love a good horse every now and then, but when they start interfering with justice we get a little suspicious. Apparently City Council agrees, because though they didn't lay off any police officers, they're wary of whether mounted police are actually worth the effort. Case in point: this one time when a mounted police officer couldn't come to the rescue during a stabbing. Yeah, a stabbing. Problematic much? [PC]
