Sound Transit knows that the Montlake portion of their Light Rail tunnel is shaky, but not in the structural way. We mean it's literally shaking the ground, and it's kind of annoying residents. They've started installing rubber pads under the rails to try to cut down on the crazy vibrations, and they met with the neighborhood last night to talk about other efforts to minimize the shakiness.
