Merry Christmas, Seattle! Here's a baby Orca! Mama whale J16 apparently just gave birth to J48 (side note: let's think of better names for those suckers) as recently as a week ago. And they've both been spotted! J48 makes for 89 whales in the pod that frequents Puget Sound. [WSB]
