Here's a story almost too cool to come out of Bellevue: Eastside Developer Kemper Freeman Jr. just got permission from Bellevue City Council to land a flippin' helicopter on the roof of Bellevue Place. He can take off a total of five times a week (for commuting, natch), but can't actually land the sucker on the ground in Bellevue, so watch your rooftops. See, Seattle City Council? It's not so hard to be fun! [Seattlest]
