Fremont Universe features a pretty cool rundown of Parkour Visions in the Ballard/Fremont area, and we found the whole concept crazy interesting. The gym actually teaches kids and adults the ridiculous city-scaling skills you see in those Nike commercials and the like. (you know, the one that made you try to climb up the wall behind your apartment by running straight at it. Just us? Yeah? Never mind.) Better yet, they offer summer camps!
