Yup, it's really happening. The land use application for the Chihuly museum was approved last week, so things are full-speed ahead. There are pretty typical Seattle Center limitations on construction hours (no holiday weekdays, etc.), and the official size will be just north of 9,000 sq. ft. [QAV]
