Cottage housing (or "accessory dwelling units," for the more official among us) has been in effect in various Seattle neighborhoods since 2006, and apparently none of us know anything about it. Governing Magazine reports that none of us know when we live near an ADU, we don't see any traffic increases because of them, and on the whole we're kind of unaware of what they are. Sounds accurate. PubliCola's got the details. [PubliCola]
