Aquatheatre Then and Now

Another example of local landmarks back in the day hit the web today when Seattlest took a look at the Aquatheatre, the huge set of stairs on the southern side of Green Lake. They were originally intended as an amphitheater for aquatic performances during Seafair (think diving beauties and the like), but we have it on good authority that their primary function these days is torturing the rowers at Green Lake Crew.
