Sorry Suburbs

In contrast to pretty much every apartment boom in the past few decades, Seattle's getting the bulk of developer attention these days. The Seattle Times went into all the nitty gritty statistics that prove why downtown is hot and suburbs are not, but note the evidence outside your office window for something a little more visible and a little less numerical. Case in point: there were three, count 'em, three giant cranes on Madison last month within one mile of each other. Sheesh. [Seattle Times]
