Cap Hill's The Chapel Bar is closing after Labor Day and theories abound as to the reason -- but CHS did some digging, and figured out that it's a landlord/tenant deal. The owners apparently disagreed with the landlord over some amenities, so they're closing shop and seeking a new place to set up. No word on the new location yet. [CHS]
