Hottest Brokers: Round 1

It's here! It's here! Today marks the first day of Curbed Hottest Week, where Curbed Seattle will shamelessly present throwdown after throwdown between two of Seattle's hottest brokers and agents. By Friday night we'll have ourselves a victor, who will claim the crown of Hottest Broker of 2011 (and obviously guard the throne for the rest of their tenure).

First up, by nomination: Georgia Wall-Schoonover, who started selling her sophomore year of college at Seattle Pacific University. She works alongside her mom, Carole Wall, as the younger half of The Wall Team out of Bellevue. She was on the 2011 Board of Directors for Seattle and King County REALTORS and chairs the Young Professionals Network's Athletic and Team Sports committee. Super fun fact: she was a Sea Gal (and the 2007 Sea Gal of the Year). Here's one of her listings.

The challenger, also by nomination: Keely Jared, the Managing Broker of RE/MAX Metro Realty (that's her on the far right). She's from Hawaii, also went to SPU, and cites "aggressive purchase and sales negotiations" as one of her specialties. Among her myriad of accomplishments: she was voted Seattle Mag's "Best in Client Satisfaction" for 2005-2010, elected Director of the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors, and is a certified home luxury expert. Here's one her her listings.

And now, the poll:
