Where We're Going, We Don't Need Walls

We love some creative room construction and magical number manipulation as much as the next guys, but this bathroom situation in Ballard is a little ridiculous. Pointed out by our good friends at Curbed SF, this 1,100 sq. ft. 2-bed has 1.75 baths... but that .75 is sort of hurtin'. The listing language uses the term "roughed in," and we see what they mean -- when your wall is actually a shower curtain, "rough" is a good term to use. Never fear though, decor-obsessed public; they went to the trouble of decking out the roughroom in pink linens. You know, since that's where the ladies will be doing their business obviously. If this sort of thing doesn't bother you, it's a short sale on the market for $274,950. · Listing: 1403 NW 59th Street [Redfin]
