Floorplan Palooza: Townhouse Edition

Alright, so this inaugural edition of Curbed's obsessive entries on floorplans and all they entail isn't as over-the-top as some of the stuff you'd see in Los Angeles or New York. Side parlors? Carriage houses? Crazy balconies? No. We're not really into that here in Seattle -- give us something simple, to-the-point, and tasteful and we totally dig it. Sorry, 15 CPW. We're not down.

It's good, then, that Intracorp just started building the second half of The Centerra at Talusout in Issaquah, and it's pretty packed with townhouses. The kicker: they're actually sort of affordable, all things considered. The entry-level floor plan is going to list at under $300k, so we're talking pretty doable stuff here. All in all, there's gonna be 17 of them.

So here they are!

Okay, okay, so there aren't rooms for butlers or anything. Remember, this is Seattle! We're low-key! Just keep saying that to yourself when you totally wish you had a gift-wrapping room a la Candy Spelling.
