The fine folks at Zillow have ranked the cities of the USA for Trick-or-Treatiness, and, wow! Seattle is in 4th place.
The criteria: cities that are the likeliest to provide the most candy, with the least walking and safety risk. That, in turn, was calculated from Zillow's rankings of home values, walking score, population density and crime rate. Seattle finished fourth last year as well.
The best neighborhoods in Seattle? Loyal Heights, Phinney Ridge, Wallingford, Madison Park, Roosevelt. Scary?
