Click it and Pick It: What Design Should Top the Space Needle?

New, 1 comment

To commemorate its 50th Anniversary, the Space Needle is holding its first-ever open competition that allows any and all US residents to submit design ideas for the top of the Needle. With the conceptual, doodling phase out of the way, the "fun part" can commence -- the part in which even the artsy-challenged can participate. Between now and October 20, any and all can vote for one of six of their favorite designs that will top our Seattle icon for the next six months. Having trouble deciding? Worry not -- mostly because this decision is hardly life-altering -- as new votes can be cast once a day. But remember, half a year -- that's how long we'll have to look at this design so give it at least a good five second look before making a decision.
