Don't be Fooled: These Kirkland Digs are Pretty on the Inside

Here's a home that exemplifies the ole' adage "don't judge a book by its cover." Who knew that this pseudo abandoned-looking home complete with paint-chipping exterior would look, by relative standards, so...chic inside. Although we wouldn't go so far as to call this place an "architectural masterpiece," the 4-bed, 3,190 sq. ft. home in Kirkland is fairly impressive simply based on its views of Lake Washington and it's open floor plan. This house of stealth has undergone about a $25K pricechop, it still is the most expensive house on the block, clocking in at $799,950. But perhaps its decrepit exterior can substitute an elaborate security system, as burglars are less likely to believe that one with expensive taste would live here...
