Not everyone is excited about last week's overwhelmingly-approved plans to fix Seattle's waterfront seawall. The plans call for seven years on construction with stoppages between Memorial Day and Labor Day as not to interfere with the tourism economy. That's not enough for some waterfront business, such as Ivar's, who say they were promised at least a four-month window for summer business. [Seattle Times]
