South Lake Union

The Wall Street Journal has some very kinds things to say about Paul Allen, Vulcan and their effect on South Lake Union. So does Kidder Matthews' VP Richard Briscoe, who says SLU growth "has pulled the center of the Seattle CBD about six blocks north of where it was 10 years ago." Of course, there are still some who wonder if the neighborhood is really headed in the right direction. [WSJ]
