Urban Rest Stop

For most of Seattle's roughly 8,000 homeless people, being able to do laundry or brush your teeth is a luxury. That's where a proposed Urban Rest Stop at 2014 NW 57th Street in Ballard would come in. On the ground floor of a senior housing building, they would offer laundry, bathroom and food services for Ballard's homeless population. It would be the second such facility in Seattle, with the first one located downtown. [Q13]
