On The Market

When Washington voters approved Initiative 1183, the state's need for liquor warehouse space basically disappeared. On Monday, the state announced it will sell the Liquor Control Board Distribution Center in South Seattle. Real estate company Kidder Mathews will handle the sale of the 223,000-square-foot building. Considering all of the moving and shaking going on in that and the surrounding area, expect there to be a lot of interest. [PSBJ]
