Seattle City Light is looking for three commercial office buildings who are interested in volunteering to take part in an innovative energy conservation test concept known as "pay-for-performance." The participants will be paid 3 cents for every kilowatt-hour of energy savings they achieve every year, encouraging innovation and energy-saving tactics. Interested companies will have to provide a proposal, because as you might imagine, getting paid to not do stuff is something a lot of folks are interested in. [Seattle City Light]
