The downtown Seattle office tower that Amazon.com rents space in sold Wednesday for roughly $278.7 million, according to PSBJ. An LLC affiliated with AEW Capital Management of Boston purchased the building at 2001 8th Avenue from Touchstone Corp. and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Touchstone built the tower, which according to its website, is currently fully-leased save for two floors. [PSBJ]
