Coldwell Banker Real Estate announced its 2012 Home Listing Report, which compares the prices of 4-BR, 2-bath homes in 2,500 markets across the country, on Wednesday. According to them, Spokane Valley is the most affordable market in Washington while Mercer Island was the most expensive. Out of 55 WA regions, Seattle came in 51st, Redmond came in 52nd and Bellevue came in 54th. [Coldwell Banker]
