Good News, Sellers

Usually known for providing only the most dour, most horrific news stories, the Seattle Times offered some uplifting words to those trying to sell, sell, sell in this less than desirable market. Rather than going the typical doomsday route, the piece is surprisingly optimistic, offering tips and strategies on how to go about getting that house off your hands at a price that will give you peace of mind. So relish the "good news" that the Times is dishing out because it's not likely that we're going to be seeing an upbeat story like this (cross your fingers for a heroic rescued cat piece...) any time soon.
