BELLEVUE—Earlier this week, Starbucks unveiled its new juice bar concept, Evolution Fresh, with the debut of its first brick-and-mortar store in Bellevue. Eater Seattle got the inside shots of the 1,100-square-foot space and collects some menu details: Most options revolve around mixes from the juice wall (where "juice partners" mix juices that pour from spigots), and the salad bar (there's no kitchen) heats up breakfast, lunch, and dinner options like noodle bowls and collard-green wraps.
FREMONT—Foodie favorite Joule — a five-year-old French/Korean restaurant by Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi — has announced that it will move from its current Wallingford location to a spot in Fremont — and with the new location, Joule will add a full bar, 20-seat patio, and brunch service. The current location will shutter on April 30, with a re-opening in the new digs scheduled for this summer. [-ESEA-]
