We know you've been through a lot. Apartment hunters, house buyers, condo sellers, yes, even you, Occupy Seattle squatters -- we understand real estate is a tough business and at times, can be unkind and logistically mind boggling to understand. The horror stories speak for themselves.
But we've heard your cries for help. Thus, may we officially welcome you to the hallowed halls of Curbed University where you will be able to learn the ins and outs of buying, selling, and renting in Seattle without having to wade through tiresome real estate jibber-jabber. Over the next few days, we'll be covering topics regarding mortgages, logistics of condo and co-ops, your rights as renters, and what neighborhoods are best suited to your needs (and personality). All comments, questions, anecdotes are welcome so blurt them out below or to seattle@curbed.comwhen you so feel inclined.
Note: These are no-stress classes. You can come to class in your pjs even tear into that family-sized bag of Sour Patch Kids, the professors don't mind. Honest.
