Pacific Northwest Eye Candy

We haven't decided whether this house exudes an austere warmth or a bohemian chic vibe, but we're sure of one thing: this place is gorgeous. First time buyers, newbies to the Seattle, or just people with eyes -- take note, as this Leschi house has Pacific Northwest written all over it. Sure, it's got 4 bedrooms, 3.25 bathrooms and a whopping 4,350 sq. ft. But we're more impressed (or rather, totally obsessed) with the lofts, the plethora of open space, the hot tub, the NanaWall (you know, those floor-to-ceiling windows that fold open to the outdoors...), the pro landscape work, and the fact that you can see the Bellevue skyline, Lake Washington, and Mount Rainier from the master bath. The price? Pretty steep, but not totally uncharacteristic of the area: about $1.6 million.
