Neil Ainslie, a local contractor, came across an empty lot while he was jogging. It came with plans for a contemporary house, permits, and potential. He jumped on it, started playing around with cool stuff (though he was turned down when it came to fingerprint scanners for the front door), and the result is a pretty sweet domicile.
