Breaking News: Co-ops Abound!

We don't know if people are skipping town (forever) because they don't realize how well "April showers" applied to Seattle or if a bunch of folks hit the lottery are are moving into schmancier locales that are much more suitable for money-bathing, but there are suddenly an abundance of co-ops on the market. And you don't have go through the stress of finding a roommate because a) these places wonderfully affordable and b) the square footage and and one-bedroom action isn't really suitable for a full-sized second human.
