We warned you this day was coming. And now, it's here. Two-thirds of the properties at the Sanctuary have been sold and the prices have been upped by up to 5 percent. For the math-challenged, that means eight of the twelve condos have been snagged and the places now range from $819,950 to about $1.05 million. And can we blame them? There are fewer than 190 unsold new construction condos left on the Seattle market and none of them quite like the Sanctuary.
