Amazon's new-ish offices in South Lake Union (and the planned massive offices in the same area) presumably have pretty big impacts on the neighborhood. How much of an impact? Enough that Urban Condo Spaces' Jeff Reynolds thinks anyone who owns real estate down there is definitely a winner, and enough that apartment developers are salivating at any chance to get in on the action.
