Word on the street is that Holland Development is starting to make plans for a Godzilla of an apartment building downtown. How big? Think the tallest apartment building in Seattle: a 40-story high-rise with 386 units and 269 parking stalls on the corner of Pine Street and Ninth Ave. No word on when the ambitious gigantor will be done, let alone start, but as Seattle Weekly said, we're mostly interested as to what this big boy will be named.
