Old Green Buildings

Turns out a building doesn't have to be brand new to be green. The Seattle Times checked out some of Pioneer Square's cool new renovations, all of which take places in historical buildings and don't mess up the old-school vibe downtown. Whodduthunk that not building is actually greener than building brand new? Logic, way to prevail. [ST via GC]
