Mobile Home Searches

Zillow wants you to think about how you actually search for a house and build your listings accordingly, so they've offered a handy dandy story about what a mobile listing actually does for you when you sell your house. Their mobile app makes it pretty easy for buyers to see a house, type in its address, and check out the interior (via the listing, duh) without having to do any pesky calling around and wasting anyone's time. Choosing not to list a house on mobile devices means they... well, sort of can't do that at all. Think about it... they have a point. [Zillow]
