Tacoma! You are not immune to UW's expansion efforts, no matter how much you try to hide. In order to assert its dominance over your skyline, the University of Washington has proposed adding a giant sign to the top of their library on the South Sound campus. Because the building is a landmark, the sign's going to require a few approvals before it gets the full-on go ahead. We'll keep you posted. [E133]
