Remember "the Jimmy" from Seinfeld? That guy who was obsessed with talking about himself in third person? Well, we may have found "the Jimmy" of the real estate world. We stumbled upon this listing on Zillow that is strangely reminiscent of that name-dropping, sweet talking "businessman." Granted, this place sounds pretty cool, but we're mostly intrigued with this mysterious "the Vince" character who's presumably in charge of selling the place.
