We're all for using the power of the people to achieve a collective goal. But while this joint neighbor(hood) effort to prevent non-residents from parking on the street in front of their houses seems justified, it mostly comes off as petty and creepy. It's one thing to recognize and be able to point out the car of the repeat parking-offender. It's another level of commitment entirely to go rogue and spy on the owner, documenting in detail said perpetrator's walking habits. [MV]
