Capitol Hill Quiets Down

That loud roar of jet engines you hear over the Central District and Capitol Hill? It may not be long for this world. The FAA is proposing changes to the flight path over Seattle that will cut out on flights coming in low over the neighborhoods. The end goals: more efficient flying and greener transportation.
