That annoying construction going on at University Village? It's taking a pause, sort of. While it was originally going to be a massive parking structure, U-Village is currently saying they're going to get the foundation built this summer, paint the spaces and open them to the public, and then leave the above-ground construction until January of 2013. The current construction cycle should end by late this summer. [SB]
