Some "wisenheimer," as dubbed by the Eastlake Ave. Blog posted one of those giant fence-dwelling "Notice of Proposed Land Use Action" posters in the 'hood. It appears that said jokester is putting it out to the public to approve a three-story blanket fort area, complete with a kitten adoption center and blanket rental. You have Mr. Wisenheimer! [EA]
