Chinatown-International District dwellers and visitors, listen up: don't freak out when your power goes out tonight. It's not the aliens or a hostile takeover or even your passive aggressive landlords who shut off your lights to teach you a lesson. It's just the city trying to do you a solid in the long run. Starting at 11 PM on Tuesday, June 5 and ending 20 hours later through Wednesday at around 7 PM, Seattle City Light will turn off the power in the area so they can add more power service to the area.
