Gribbles may sound like furry Star Trek critters from back in the day, but they're actually way more ominous -- they're the little buggy organisms that are wreaking havoc on the seawall downtown. How? Well, they're basically like underwater termites, and they're burrowing into the wood in the seawall and essentially making it pretty easy for the dang thing to collapse next time an earthquake hits.
