The Waterfront is markedly less lame than it used to be, but Crosscut's Mark Hinshaw still isn't satisfied. The transition from the initial plans we saw to what we're now getting has been sort of a bummer, and while he commends some of the developments he still thinks there's a lot of work to be done.
