A Party Penthouse for King Felix's Celebration of Perfection

There's a reason we call him the King. The K-wielding "Court" in left field had little time for rest in last night's game against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, as Felix Hernandez forever solidified his place in Mariners' royalty history with the team's first-ever perfect game. A man like that should get, nay, deserves the royal treatment. The first step: finding celebratory digs of housing such royalty and his esteemed party guests.

Initially, we thought we had found the perfect spot downtown that rocked views of the Seattle waterfront and possessed a general air of refinement. That, and it came with a 24-hour staff to answer to the Felix's beckon call because it was a pretty pricey "condo" on the 11th floor in the Four Seasons Hotel. But it lacked a kind of privacy and amenities that we would want our King to have access to.

Other than the fact that it exists in West Seattle, this condo in Alki has all the makings to be fit for this 26-year old king. The 4,475 sq. ft. penthouse packs in features perfect for a royal blowout. Not only does the 3-bed, 3.5-bath pad come with six decks, three fireplaces, a sizable walk-in closet, and killer views of the Puget Sound, but it also boasts a 2,000 sq. ft. of private roof-top terrace and, perhaps most importantly, a private walk-in wine cellar. (Who needs a 24-hour staff after all?) After some redecorating (i.e. those jaguar statues and velour couches are the first to be 86'd), this pad will be prime for King Felix to party hard. And for the M's pitcher, the $2.975 million price tag is totally affordable. Pop the bubbly and get ready to celebrate -- all hail the King!
